The Supreme Golf Swing™ online lessons should be practiced daily at home in total relaxation and isolation. You can practice the golf lesson more than once per day, however each session should not exceed 15 minutes. Be sure to master each golf lesson before moving on to the next. Upload your golf swing video for analysis to find out if you're ready to move forward. The golf lessons are labeled by Week based on you practicing every day for at least a few minutes. This is a lifetime program, so If you cannot practice everyday, do what you can... just don't quit!
