Practicing the golf lessons in a mirror in slow motion
It seems a lot of you have a hard time rehearsing the golf lessons in a mirror and an even harder time rehearsing in slow motion. The most common excuse for not practicing in a mirror is "I can't stand to watch". We have to remember we're not looking for what's correct in the mirror, we're looking for what we need to fix. As hard as it may be to look at, we have to always practice the lessons in a mirror. Remember small changes over a long period of time equates to massive change. If we were learning to play the piano, we wouldn't put eat plugs in would we? The same rule applies to learning the physical movements in swinging a golf club correctly. We have to see what needs improvement.

Practicing in slow motion means SLOW DOWN! We have to rehearse the lessons in extreme slow motion for two main reasons. First by practicing in slow motion in a relaxed calm state we're able to truly feel the proper movement. Second, the brain will retain and store new physical movements fastest when rehearsed in slow motion while being in a relaxed and calm state.

When we practice the Supreme Golf Swing Lessons daily and in front of a mirror in full relaxation , we are becoming true leg players. Always practice the relaxation breathing exercises before each lesson. And remember to practice the golf flexibility routines to improve flexibility and fluid motion in your golf swing.

Re: Practicing the golf lessons in a mirror in slow motion
Hi everyone!
my name is kevin walter, im fresno fresno,ca--a young college kid who loves the old timer golfers like Ben Hogan, Moe Norman, and the forgotten George Knudson...first i just wanted to reply and praise exactly what Steve is saying about the practicing in slow motion (and in front of a mirror!).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s40H_7lBeSs

Everyone should check out this slow motion of Mr. Hogan on youtube...its an old home video of him showing his friends his swing in slow motion at his pebble beach home during his later years. Just a great indicator of how perfect practice makes perfect and most importantly he's showing us exactly what muscles you use during the golf swing!

i totally agree with your simplicity and also following a lesson plan Steve! there's another fellow from canada named Sevam1 on youtube. i suggest people check him out as well because he also preaches the simple and also only absolutes truths that matter in golf, the hips, legs, and feet.
